Inspirational Images
I have chosen these images as they are a variety of different lines, therefore they all have a variety of deeper meanings.
These road lines imply power as it is a solid yellow line therefore it breaks up the colour on the road and pavement and over powers them, as they are bright and vibrant. Therefore it represents the vertical lines.
The close up of the rose shows the different directions of the lines however the curves creates a sense of calmness. It's in my inspirational images as it clearly shows the definitive meaning of lines and how they imply direction.
The fence implies peace and tranquility as it separates the fields in the middle of no where, this means that it shows how lines are interesting and have a deeper meaning within a composition.
The diagonal railings directs the viewers eye down towards the right end of the composition as the diagonal line implies movement. I have chosen this as it also has a contrast of the vertical and horizontal lines as horizontal lines create a sensual feeling and vertical implies power.
I liked this photo as it confuses the viewers eye, and clearly shows diagonal lines.
